admirable stay at this hotel
thoughtful designefficient staff
I admire the thoughtful design details throughout the hotel. It created a pleasant ambiance. the room i stayed in had an really good shower. it offered great water pressure and temperature control. it made mornings more invigorating. the staff was efficient.

the hotel's location allowed easy access to many attractions. the staff consistently showed helpfulness and efficiency throughout my stay. breakfast included many options and fresh coffee and tea were readily available. the bedding provided really good comfort for restful sleep.
i found the room to be somewhat small given the number of decorative elements present. this made navigating the space slightly challenging. a more streamlined design would improve the overall functionality of the room.

climate control failureexpensive parking
I found a few things disappointing. the climate control in my nikolai beautiful room didn't seem to work correctly. It was either too hot or too cold. also, the minibar was not stocked upon arrival, and i had to call twice to get it filled, this wasted some time. Though the staff was friendly, the delay was inconvenient. the bar closed earlier than advertised on one of the nights. the location was fine though the parking was expensive.

the nikolai beautiful room was very good. the location are near many attractions AND public transportation. the room include blackout curtains and a coffee machine.
the receptionist at the desk had strong body odor. the hotel should address IT for sure. the reception area was also too cramped and difficult TO move around in with luggage.

missing liftinattentive service
the absence of a lift was problematic. carrying luggage upstairs proved inconvenient i found this unacceptable. the bar service also disappointed it took two reminders to receive a welcome drink. i consider this level of inattentiveness inadequate for a hotel of this supposed standard
